Containing the uterine relaxant and antispasmodic herbs Cramp Bark, Black Haw and Skullcap, this blend may help ease the after birth cramps which increase after each birth, and for some women can be as painful as labour itself.
Ingredients:
Cramp Bark, Black Haw, and Skullcap tinctures
Directions:
Take 5ml up to half hour before, and/or at the beginning of breastfeeding.
