The Natural Beginnings Herbal Throat Spray comes in a BPA free, aerosol free spray bottle, containing 30ml of pure herbal medicine. Each spray gives out 0.19ml so each bottle contains approximately 158 sprays, or 31-52 doses.
Dosage: Spray 3-5 sprays at the back of the throat every 1-2 hours during acute sore throats.
